EO error message

I've got an EO error message on my New Pulsar pachislo machine and a alarm gos off. I've reset several times and it will stay for about three minutes and then the alarm will go off again. I;m lost as what to do next. HELP

Does it go into alarm when you drop a token through it?

It went to alarm on its own with no one in the room.

maybe they forgot to take the security alarm out of it when it left Japan?

My guess at this point is it has something to do with the coin mech. Without a Yamasa here I'm blind to try and describe it.

It is cycling through some operation and when it reaches a certain point it alarms. The question is: What is the point? ( I have to agree with Tulsa.) Have you tried to take the hopper out and clean it? The only time anything like that happens to my machine is when a bent token gets jammed in the machine. (As a side point, I find that this is only happening with the copper tokens.)

Glad to hear im not the only one that had that problem with the copper colored tokens .... I sold mine cause of the color problems plus the texture of the token is diffrent they get dirty from handling to easy also .plus the jamming problems on some machines......The chrome tokens are heavier and work flawlessly anyway .....

I've cleaned out the hopper and all my coins are silver. I got it to reset again and within 20sec. the alarm went off and showed an EO error. This should be a coin issue but i followed the cion route and found nothing.

I am sure you have alread checked this, but just in case. Where you able to spin the wheel inside the hopper completely around. I once found a small screw blocking the wheel from turning.

Guys, I found out what was the problem. The EO error message also covers electric connection and lights. I have a long floresent light going out and when it is out the machine sets off the alarm. I order replacment lights.

that would be one thing that would have driven me nuts till i replaced the bulb ........ but then again i would have replaced the bulb real quick anyway (i like lots of lighting )....
