Error 1 on Sakura Pachinko

Hello Guys,
I got a error 1 on my Sakura Pachinko , I cleaned the payout hopper and give it a reset : still the same error , can someone please help me out ?.

There may be an error code chart on the back of the machine, if so, how about a picture of it.
