Stealth??

Anyone heard from Stealth lately? I purchased a Neo PlanetT from them in March of this year. Paid for the machine and the shipping - now I'm getting telephone calls from UPS asking why I don't pay my bills!!!!???!!!

I tried to leave a PM, but the mail box is full here, then I tried to email off their site and the mail was returned. I'm REALLY not enjoying getting a shipper calling and accusing me of not paying my bills.

Has any other Canadian purchaser gone through this???

Im sure whatever the problem is Milt will take care of it.

I had a similar incident happen with UPS (not with Milt) where I was charged shipping for an item that i had nothing to do with. They put in the wrong account number and charged me for the shipping of it. Did you call UPS and tell them you did not ship it etc.

thanks for the phone number. I'm sure it will get worked out, just a pain in the butt - especially since it is now June and the machine was delivered in March! I guess UPS and FEDEX must be using the same management company.
I'll give Milt a call and find out what the problem is

I purchased through Milt at Stealth machine and parts, no problems, smoothest delivery, best packing yet (other than pick up ). I dealt with him personally and his office assistant by email demos 'at' rochester 'dot' rr 'dot' com

and by phone 1-888-798-1761

Milt set things up so that the delivery, brokerage and taxes to Canada were pre-paid, so I didn't have to do anything except help the delivery guy bring it in. Something like this should be easy to sort out.

What is up? Why would UPS be calling you? We ship via FedEx to Canada and we pay the FEDEX trade network so you don't need too...Sounds like a scam... Did you try to call us? No problem with the email, I'm not certain why you are getting that message....

I didn't have a chance to call Milt on Friday. I was in a backgammon tournament and actually did better than I thought I would - ended up playing in the finals and didn't get home til late.
I think I am being scammed - Milt just jarred my memory - it WAS FedEx that delivered his machine. It was UPS that delivered in January. But the operator on the phone said that it was for a machine delivered in March. The whole reason that I ordered from Milt was because he took care of all the customs clearances at his end - a real stress saver.

Guess I'm going to have to do an investigation from this end. Sounds like a job for Sherlock bearngg00se!!!
