Pachinko Cabinet order problems?

I have in the past and the product is great but took some time. I placed an order weeks ago and still nothing. It will be almost a month on the 29th of June. Is this normal? Anybody have any similar stories with the same or similar builders of cabinets? I understand it takes time to build and paint the cab but his e-mail response seems to be a stall.

"I have moved and the cabinets are still coming from Idaho, I have to
make the labels in Nevada and send them. I have written you three times
with yahoo, apparently they have not been recieved. Once after you
ordered, and the last time when I shipped the labels to put on the
packages last wednesday. My Idaho email company wont let me send out
email, so I used a yahoo account. They should be ready tuesday (June 13)to send out."

This type of thing has been going on for a while from what I've read here at Pachitalk. However, everyone that has ordered from them has been pleased in the end, if that is any consolation.

Yep... This sounds very familiar. Mine took a lot of patience. Became a little frustrating. E-mail responses were...? Be persistent in your e-mails and they will get back to you.

I have to say that once my cabinet arrived, I was very happy and forgot about everything else. I would and have plans to order from them again.

I've bought 5 cabinets from them. You have to plan about a month from the time ordered until you receive the merchandise and sometimes their email response is slow.

In the end, you will be pleased.

I placed my order on from them on 6/9/06 and received this msg "This is a conformation of order. This should be ready to send within a week to 10 days. I will forward the shipping info to you when its been shipped. Shipping takes 5 -7 days usually." So I epect it to arrive the st. week of July or so. Will let everyone know how it turns out.

Just received an update on the cabinet I ordered from http://www.pachinkocabinets.net/cabinets.html

"It has being painted and will go out when dry enough. probibly friday or monday. Thanks"

Again.. They are a little slow (OK, very slow at times), but for me it was well worth the wait. They really do a nice custom job. I love the ball return to the from of the cabinet which makes reloading very easy. They also have chrome edging that they can add (which I had them do) that looks fantastic. I think Slotter has a nice example in the museum of a cabinet with the chrome edging that inspired me to add that to my custom job by gameroomcabinets.

OK guys the cabs were sent out and should be here sometime this week!! Thank God, I only remember waiting 2 weeks on the first cabinet. This is torture, I have a Thunderzone and Star Wars just waiting to be thrown inside them.

One word of advise from my previous order. Get them painted!! By the time you waste time and money it's well worth the $10.

PS Anybody know of a MOD that will allow you the fill the ball shoot all the way to the top? They seem to fall into the bottom return before getting to the bottom of the ball shoot.

I just placed an order through them at their website and paid via Pay-Pal through their shopping cart; however when I try to email them at their email address on their website (which is the same as their Pay-Pal email address) the email gets bounced back.

Basically I have no way to contact them via email - anyone else have another contact method or address?

Was this something anyone else remembers with this company?

Just want to be sure they actually get the order and that they have not fallen off the face of the earth.

Hang tough. The key is patience.
I have 10 of these cabinets and not one arrived in less than 28 days.
They make a great product BUT, I think they build them one at a time when they get your order.

Yeah, I think that's how they work. No cabinet before its time. Mine took over a month before I received them, but it was worth the wait.

Well I guess we can't all have good experiences. Let me tell you mine:

I ordered two cabinets around May 15 and received them in late June. One of them was broken via this thread

I contacted FedEx and they told me to purchase another cabinet right away and within 14 days I'll have my money back. Well Fedex told me that I was told the wrong information. So really I bought 3 of them and only received 1.

Now I can't e-mail this guy to get my extra money back. Like someone else said the e-mail gets bounced back. So I did 2 chargebacks on my Credit Card...one for the missing cab the other for the non refunding of my money. The next day I get an e-mail confirmation that the 2nd one should be here 7/14. Now I have to recontact my CC to tell them one came through. The other money is back in the account. So I guess it worked out
