Hi,
I am stuck on this one and I was wondering if someone has a creative idea for this problem. One of my customer's laminate chipped off on his Star Wars machine. This white laminate is located on the front foundation of the machine just below the overflow tray/drain. I purchased a huge sheet of laminate and tried cutting a small piece of it to replace the chipped area but it seems to crack when I cut it with a laminate cutter or heavy duty scissors. The laminate that I ordered was very expensive ($45 for a whole sheet) so I would be shocked if it was poor quality. Anyhow, my question to the forum is what do you recommend to fix the chipped laminate? Do I look for thin (linoleum) tile? Should it be sanded off and repainted? Thanks in advance.
