A Big Thank You to Arby!

I know this has been posted on this board many many times in the past, but my cyclic Star Wars pachinko arrived today and I just want to give Arby a round of applause for the job he did with it. After approx 40 mins of unpacking it I must say that pictures don't do the thing justice...You have to see it to truly appreciate the beauty of it. Its also been said before that Arby may be a little more expensive than the other vendors but the care and time he puts into it makes it more than worth the extra cost. Thanks again Arby and I look forward to buying more from you (when I can find some room in my apt to put them)!

I personally don't think this can be posted too many times. It is nice to have a vendor who CONSISTENTLY takes the time and care to clean and package a machine so well. There are only a few that do this and they deserve Thanks and recognition. Who knows.... maybe someone else who sells machines will happen upon this site and learn what good customer services is all about. I think many of the active members here who sell an occassional machine try to put more care into their packing and shippment due to the example that Arby and a few other have set!
