My 2 cents.

I'm surprised such a large dealer would even take the risk. LucasFilms protects their copyright like a hawk and they could easily squish the dealer like a bug. In anycase someone should complain to eBay, they'll have that illegal custom jobby off the auction block in no time (No one wants to mess with the "force".)
