Volume Control Installation Question

I just ordered a double volume controller from Big Bear. I've read a little bit on here about them, so I knew what I needed to get, if not exactly how to hook it up. I assumed it would come with instructions, but it didn't, so I thought I'd ask on here.

I just checked his website and it looks like Gaku is redoing the site right now...

Okay, so the package has the volume controller which seems to look like 2 separate controlllers piggybacked one on top of the other, with one knob on top of both of them that controls both. Each has 3 connection points, and the first two have long wires soldered to them - two red wires on the top one and two black wires on the bottom one.

Also in the package was four zip ties and 5 little connectors that I assume you twist the wires, stick them into it, and then crimp it.

I am putting this on my two speaker Daiichi Koutarou (Derby Rush) pachi. The left speaker has a black and gray wire running to it, while the right speaker has a white and gray wire running to it.

So can someone help or point to a set of instructions? Thanks...

not a problem i use the same style controls on my personal pachinkos the speaker wire of the black perswation needs to be cut and then the red wires on the volume controle one needs to go to the one part of the black speaker wire then the other to the other part of the black wire so the red wires are paching the cut black speaker wire with the volume controle in the middle then do the same on the white speaker wire with the black cabels from the volume controle

I think I do... let me just repeat it to see if I've got it:

Cut the white and black wires running to the speakers. Take the black speaker wire and wire up one cut end to one red control wire and the other cut end to the other red control wire.

Then take the cut white speaker wire and wire one end to the black control wire and the other end to the other black control wire.

That it?

you got it buddy thats the one sorry i some times have problems explaining what im seeing in my head as my mind works faster than my fingers can type it so it all gets a bit hazy when you read it back

That's okay... I was pretty sure I understood what you were saying. But like the old carpenter's axiom goes: Measure twice, cut once. I wanted to be sure before I go cutting any wires in there!

i wonder how my upstairs neighbors feel as i have to test my machines and run them up without volume controles they very understanding
