I was wondering the same thing???
I have read on here that it is normal for all SBJ's, but if you notice in Tony Juniors Videos both his red and blue 7's are lit up???? Did he get lucky or get a special machine???? Anyone elses light up both???
I Pm-ed TJ and he said they both have always lit up!

I figured it out.....Tony Junior is actually playing Rio De Carnival Blackjack (Red Version) machine not the Super Blackjack. If you notice in his videos the blue 7's are to the right says something in the middle and red 7's are to the left!
My guess is Net got enough input or thought it would look better with both sets of 7's lit up on the "newer" version!
I also think on Rio it looks alot better!

Recieved my first Pachislo, Super Black Jack, its already a hit with the kids and myself, got to get it off the floor, my back is starting to hurt. ordered it with 1500 tokens and am glad I did, already went through them in skill level 2, I think I am going to make my stand, to me thats the fun in having a hobby as this.

Got a question, on my max bet button to the left the housing is damaged, does not look like a shipping issue, looks like somebody got mad and hit it breaking the housing slightly, is there any recourse that can be done by the retailer or should let it slide. The machine works great and as of yet no problems,more of a cosmetic issue.

I just got my SBJ from them also, inline volume control chips not installed as advertised, a couple of screws missing.
! phone call and they sent the volume control chips and 2 screws without hesitation!
I'm sure if you contact them they will be more than happy to work it out with you!
My SBJ looks almost brand NEW! Some slight scratches, but Novus took care of that no problem! Thank you Novus!

Well looks as if they removed the phone number from there site looked through the pachitalk fourms but no luck anyone have it on hand, I did leave message to tech support bot dont know if that will work.

Called pachislo.com ,(american syscom) looks as if i have foctory installed volume control they walked me through the process, very good costumer service, i will buy from them again.
