Super BlackJack has arrived!!!!!!!!!!

The box was slightly damaged as usual but the machine was unscathed. The Net Machine (My First) Is really a very well built one. There seems to have been a alot of attention payed to the details which makes for a fine top shelf piece of hardware. The sound level was set at very low from the start up which is really nice for playing in the evening.The volume controls are a really nice feature when they work as well as these do! I havent really played the game as of yet . I recieved it really late last night and just had the time to set it up. Of course the addition of this new machine has set my apt out of control. Had to juggle machines from Dahlias house to mine (She gets the SBJ I take the Azteca Legend Returns back to my place) and switch some gameroom machines around (Have to keep the lineup looking uniform ..OK so Im anal) and put 2 machines into my very small bedroom. Its gotten to a point of sickness really and I am still awaiting an available Dragon Dice and will have to find a non existant spot for that whenever I get one. Then theres always Million GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really is a great machine with lots of attention to detail. For example, I like the little touches such as the lights that illuminate the coins in the coin return and the LEDs as opposed to standard bulbs. Also, as much as I love the concept of Japanese kitsch that goes along with most of these machines, I much prefer the vegas style jazzy-lounge music featured in the bonus rounds on the SBJ over some of the Japanese techno on other machines which often times doesn't jive with the machine's theme. 5-10 minutes of some of that stuff just makes me want to shoot myself!

I also mentioned in another thread, SBJ has a great attract mode as well!

Heres what SBJ did to my apt! Its over at Dahlias apt with King of King Pulsar untill of course I get Dragon Dice then SBJ comes here and I have no room for it unles I get rid of my computer!!!!!!!!!

Still havent played it much to learn all that it does. One thing however.. The coin insert sound is extremely low is that typical of the game? Also the white button on the left upper inside door that is used to adjust the sound is teamed with another on the right what does that button do?

It's normal for this sound to be low and the time button... I never saw that it did anything.

Eddie -- Played my SBJ all day....Hit the Stock Time for 777 games, man it took long...then I hit all kinds of things the machine was cooking for a good hour or so.....Alot of fun !!!!

To all - I know the machine has it's own Volume Control and I have it all the way down....During the Bonus rounds and such, it was still loud....Fine when nobody is home, but at night it might be a problem....Can you install Volume controls on this machine? The speaker wires look pretty well hidden? Let me know -- Thanks

Yes. I bought my SBJ from SYSCOM and they installed the pots for me. It really makes a difference and the volume levels are able to be dialed down to a much more tolerable level. It also helps if you have any of the inherent speaker noise which is common on the SBJ machines and is usually caused by the LCD.

Did install volume controls (SYSCOM - love those 5 piece ones) today on my Super Blackjack....Man, what a difference, it takes aways that wind blowing sound that everyone was talking about from the speakers, plus it takes it alot lower than the VC that is standard in the machine.....Good for playing when the family is asleep.....

Does anyone know why the blue 7's stay lit up all the time. Every SBJ I had all do it, so I know its normal. I just don't see the logic that only the blue 7's stay on.
Any guesses?

My blue 777s stay lit all the time too, so I don't think it is an error.
