OMG! I think I killed Betty!!!

I think I killed my Betty Boop. I turned her on after a loooooong inactive period (due to basement remodel) and there was an E1 showing. I turned the key to the left to try and reset, I pushed a little button on the inside....and then I did something really blonde....I starting pushing random things and turning keys and pushing buttons and toggle switches as if I knew what I was doing (you would think that I should know after reading thousands of posts here). What the heck are the steps for a full reset? I tried to remember, but couldn't....and as I looked up at the screen trying to recall, I see the word "CAUTION" followed by a lot of Japanese writing and the image of Betty Boop practically on her knees crying into a handkerchief, and then it went blank. I will try to troubleshoot her in the morning as I don't think I am mentally fit right now to make any attempts. If any of you Betty owners have had this experience, please post the fix. Thank you!!!!

I could not go to bed without trying to fix her. I looked up her manual on Big Bear's Site and did the reset procedure correctly. She's baaaaack!!!
