Apple Computer and IPOD

My IPOD earphones quit working last week so I was disappointed that the earphones would break in less than 6 months. Last night around 6pm I went on the apple site and used their warranty service and had them send me a new pair to replace my broken earphones. Then about 20 mins ago at 8:30am DHL showed up at my door with a package from Apple with a set of brand new earphones. I was actually shocked that they would overnight a set of earphones. This has to be the greatest customer service experience I've everhad. Just thought I'd mention this because I was really shocked.

Kudos to Apple! Not only do they make a better product, they stand behind it above and beyond the call.

Why would you even want to use those earphones?

Convenient and comfortable compared to the standard ones that come with the IPOD. The ones i have are the in ear after market apple ones.

My mistake, I thought you were talking about the ones that come with the iPod.

No, i couldnt deal with those everytime i wore them my ears hurt
