I noticed that second one last nite.
He said he plugged it in, and the pic shows the light on. But if you follow the power cord it isn't going to any transformer. Looks like it's directly wired in. I wonder how much damage he has done pumping 120V through it.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

If it didn't have a transformer, that light would've 'poofed' (technical term!) right away.

I like checking out the evolution of these (any) machines! The progression from a drop in to a spring loaded shooter to an electromagnetic shooter. then add in the computers and displays.
Does anyone in US have a collection of vintage thru modern? On display that is, not stacked on shelving. You know who you are.
I have wondered about the evolution of pachislo also they seem like pigeon, never see them as babies but yet there are growups all over.

I thought that might have been it, but the color matched all the other plastic around it that I thought it wasn't one. Unless it's encased in plastic, but that would get kinda hot I would think.

I really think they can't help themselves.

Unless, of course, this is the first pachinko ever that can't count from 1 to 15.
