Gaku at BigBear is great - I highly recommend him for purchases!! I have purchased at least 6 slots from him and have been totally satisfied with the packing, shipping time, condition of the machine, and last but not least, the price. You can't go wrong with BigBear!!

I've bought many from Gaku and he is top notch. He double boxes the machines and I've never had any shipping damage.
His "unpolished" machines are a little cheaper, but they are right out of the parlors and you'll have to do the cleanup yourself. I would recommend his "polished" machines. Slightly more expensive. His optional volume controls are adjustable from the front of the machine and work well. E-mail him if you do not see the machine you want on his site.

My only complaint is he hasn't gotten any new machines for a while now...or at least hasn't updated his website. Several times I've gone to look for something new to pickup and there's the same stuff there. That might actually be a good thing....for my wallet at least.
