Go ahead and move, you'll be near TJ, you'll get mild winters, nice lakes and you're just about guaranteed to have more teeth than any state policemen. Also it's acceptable to reference them as Bubba, no need for formalities in Arkansas. An "Aw, c'mon Bubba, I was trying to hurry to a frog-giggin' contest" will get you out of almost all tickets.
