No problem, we have the cure for that one as well.

Go and find someone a lot bigger and meaner than you are. Then think carefully about the "rip your head off" in relation to this individual. If you still have this urge, go for it. If you survive, this desire will now be dimished.

If you do not survive, are chances are pretty good you won't if you've followed the above instructions carefully, you're need for the nicotine will be completely eliminated thus satisfying the issue as well.

If logic took over prior to venting on this behemoth, as it usually will in this sitution, then you will have overcome this issue completely in your own head, a triumph to be sure.

So if you follow the above instructions closely, and you use the end result as the litmus test, there is no way you can lose!

Another tip...Black Licorice. I hate the stuff myself...but, it has a natural chemical in it that appeases the chemical dependency of nicotine. Plus, it seems to fill the physical need of a cigarette between the lips...

Give that a try too.
