Garage Sale Finds

Hello everyone this is my first time here. Yesterday at a Grarage Sale i bought 3 Pachislo machines.
1.Fever Queen
2.Double Chance
3.Continental XXXX - Custom front glass with Dale earnhardt and looney toons.
4.Like a absolute ton of coins probably upwards of 2,000

i paid $225 for all 3. is this a good deal?
The Double Chance reel is very loud and the last 2 spinners stick alot. is there somewhere i can get the plastic reels? and a way to not make it so loud? not volume the spinning is loud.

CHeck and make sure that the reel cage is seated properly and the reels are not rubbing against anything.

Welcome Alberto! Sounds like you got a very good deal to me.

As far as the sticky and/or noisey reels, do a search here. Several folks here have lubricated reels and there are threads on how-to and what to use.

There are also threads on how to quite those loud reels. bf_of_pf had a good thread with his suggestion of using foam rubber, complete with pictures.

Alberto isnt my name i just made it up cause all versions of Evilfud were taken for some reason which is strange as ive been evilfud since like 1992 and have never found another person using my name.

Anyways i think the reel needs to be replaced it is warped pretty bad so it is hittingthe metal holder i think thats whats stopping it. and in my searches i havent found a site that has the reels for sale which seems wierd as all they are is a piece of plastic. should be an easy replace if i had a new one. maybe replace 2

Well nvm i seem to have fixxed it. i just took a dremel to the plastic where it was rubbing. Works much better still catches when it starts up but once it gets going its fine.
