    Default Spider Man question

OK, just got my Spider Man hung and turned on. Balls drop from the top hopper to the bottom. No balls will shoot out. It appears that the hopper fills inside the machine, but no balls feed down to the shooter. Is there a jam somewhere? If so, how do I fix it? I checked some old threads and can't click on the links to see posted answers to this problem. (says URL doesn't exist) This is my first pachinko and I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone got any advice as to what I'm doing wrong?
    Thanks in advance,
    Tim

sounds like the lever is open that allows the top hopper to empty all of the ball. Look on the back of the machine on the right side for a little lever type thing that you should be able to move up and down to stop the balls from falling out.

Are you saying that no balls are shooting onto the play field?

If so, it is often a dongle problem, like not having one!

the dongle he is refering looks like a printer cable with no wire coming from it. look on the back of your machine and see if there is a port with nothing plugged into it.

I know I received a dongle with my Star Wars Pachinko. I looked at the Spider Man before I came to work. It looks like the vendor may have run some sort of wiring off the back of where the dongle is supposed to seat. Looks like 3 or 4 wires that run to a small round transistor. Is this sometimes done as a fix for not having the actual dongle? I'm getting confused!!

And yes, Mr. Gneiss, the balls are not running down into the bin where they are held to be shot out onto the playing field. The machine is in a cabinet where I can just dump balls in. It appears the balls were falling out when the top hopper filled. (Due to balls not transferring down to the bin) The machine is making the sound of shooting the balls, but there are no balls down there to feed..

do you have balls in the shooter tray by the shooter knob????

you can open the lower part of the front door to check things out, there is a release lever that you can find after opening up the glass part of the door.

Are you physically adding balls to the shooter tray? Balls will not return there unless you get a payout from the machine.

    Unless your machine is cyclic.
