Just to put this saga into perspective...
This thread began May 1st.
Maybe I'd better add "2006" to that statement... just in case.

This Saturday will mark the TWO MONTH ( ) anniversary of the thread's humble beginnings. Of course, the machine arrived to Sid before that, untested and broken. Not just ANY machine, either. A high priced Spiderman Neo.

And, there was a huge delay in even getting the machine in the first place, but we won't go there.

Finally, this thread has close to ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED viewings by the membership of Pachitalk, who are witnessing the lack of timely and proper customer service provided by a certain UK dealer.

I just got my spiderman and I am having the identical problems. left top light blue LED is on. Error code #1. No payout? I tried running balls thru to see if it had payouts due and after a few runs it started talking japaneese and the blue LED would blink turn red and have an error code #2. After I cleared the tray and bottom payout tray it would stop talking and error code 1 would reappear with the blue LED on top left? I repeated this a few times. I either have the identical problem or they sent me the machine you had!!LOL!! Any Ideas.

I did contact the vendor I got it from.

the japanes talking is just asking you to clear the bottom tray try running balls through and empty the bottom tray but without resetting it just keep going payout should resume after you have emptyed th ebottom tray

if your balls are coming to the front tray, it is catching up on the payouts.

keep filling the top back tray till it stops.

Well I guess i should have advised our viewing audience..

Beginning of July The vendor gave me a full Refund for the Machine & shipping..
and has let me keep the non paying out pachinko.

I know i had at least two fever rounds with no payouts!! I ran quite a few balls thru it last night(a few thousand). Still the same things blue LED on,balls running thru and error code 1. I gave up.... shut it down and filled the top hopper one more time when we went to bed. This morning I powered it on..... a dozen or so balls went thru to the tray below and then stopped. I looked up and the blue LED light on top went off,the error code went to "0" and it started paying out as normal! I guess i just had to run a bunch of balls thru it and let it go thru its payouts. Thanks for all the help guys!

Cool! Glad to hear that you got through the catch up.
Now here is the mean part.
You could have powered it up with the reset switch (located next to the power switch) pushed and you would not have had to go through all of the hopper filling. But in hindsight, wasn't it cool to see how many balls you really won?

Hi Guys, I'm new to all of this, I bought a New Sea Story machine yesterday and quess what??? Error -1 balls dropping straight through to the bottom, Exactly the same error and problem... I'd love to know what the hell this one is?
Looking at the past pics sent my machine looks very much similar from the back.
I'm seaching the Net but I guess i'm not the only one now!!! HUH!
