Well . . . . . What Is The Vendor Doing To Repair This New Purchase ?

I have been in contact with the vendor earlier today.

told me to try tapping the small reset button to the right of the error display screen a few times and this should reset the whole machine. and that if it didnt work to get in contact again.. as this had worked on other machines.

just got home from work now anyway.. and i just tried it out. Nothing.. so i am contacting the vendor again and we'll see where the next step takes us.


I have a question. Compirate mentioned the blue led to the right that remains on indicates that there are payouts to be made etc.. when i do a hard reset this light remains on. what i am thinking is that maybe something is staying in memory and doesnt want to go away with a hard reset...
is there a way to do a complete reboot of the machine other then the hard reset...

The light to the right is "hopper empty", left is payouts

Hinge side is the blue hopper empty light. when you fill up the hopper does the light go out, it should.

It's the other way round on a Lumina (Sanyko), isn't it?
(don't have Spiderman, thought it was universal)

no the hopper light stays on... got the hopper filled and the hopper switch is depressed.

I have put a multimeter to the switch and it is working as far as i can tell...

oh and just to update you all
in continuation with my correspondence with the vendor, he will be sending me some parts so hopefully all will be good soon

no sid is waiting on parts it has been 2 long weekends in a row here arby got one more to go starting tomorow till tusday so there is bound to ba a fair delay

pluss it takes about 3-4 days to post to and from greese from here

other then the error code part the Machine arrived Spotless...

The taking apart the pachinko etc gave me a good view of all the inner workings etc and i can say it was very clean and very well prepped.

also the approximately 2000 balls are nice and shiny!

so in general i am very happy with this machine... of course once its 100% i will be happier.. but thats another story..

This is taking entirely too long. When did you buy that Spiderman? At least 3 weeks to a month ago now, and it's still not working...
