Ya know that anoying deal about geting your key out to reset the machine each time the jackpot hits? Well Here's what I did to have it auto reset after the last payout:

Put a token in the sensor path!!!!

OK I was out to fix this with all my mini tools and was ready to move the whole aparatus into one of the coin paths but found it was as simple as such.
On my machine the light cords actually hold the coin in place quite snug so I didn't even need the duct tape I had ready too ha!

I also thought about just disconnecting it but figured the electronics should stay "as is" and boy how easy it is to put it back the way it was!! My only concern after I did this was if that sensor had any other purpose or relation to anything else in the machine such as the 1- 6 setting but it seems not.

OK Give it a try if you like, let me know how you do. (see picture taken just inside on the door)
There should be a switch in that game somewhere to prevent the need for a reset after a bonus. Make sure the switches are to the right or in the down position depending on which way there installed.
Then no need for the token.

I'll look for it, found the token solution first so ill go with that for now.

In case other machines don't have a switch I thought it would be kewl to post the idea/solution too.

Here's one for ya (and I know its a harder one):
How can I get it to hold more than 50 credits?

as of this time there is no way to override the 50 coin limit . as for the machine needing to be reset after a bonus there should be two slide switches right next to one another . one controls the reset function after the bonus the other controls if the machine dumps what ever is in the bank to the tray after the bonus round is over both should be in the on position.

Jeff, would it be cool to hack into this and have a frogger game on the 12" LCD, sounds like it is under used anyway.

A small piece of paper also seems to do the trick for an auto reset.

Now, for the "froger game" THERE's AN IDEA!!!!
I would love to hack/connect up to this thing, anyone got the schematics for this model? -I know Iknow...

instead of installing a one arm bandit, we could put a game controller there!
Ha! that spin knob sure would make a nice joystick too!

    ok ok

so its been a while and I have been having fun w/ my KOKP. I have used it on many occations as well as run it in many of the 1-6 modes. I have to say I am curious now though if any one has experienced the machine not paying out as much as it seems it used to on setting 6? It seems when I first got it it was paying out jackpots all the time several in an hour. Now its seems it takes a while. I purposley brought it to a family event and put it on 6 so that almost everyone would hit it big, but much to my dismay hours went buy and it only hit once, and like before it was/is in constant use.

Rumor is the odds are for 10,000 tokens played, so you will have hot spells and dry spells.

set at 3 or 4 will give you more smaller wins and more action.

yea but at 6 I wouldn't expect a big dry spell with the odds for that setting.
3 or 4 is nice for small wins, but I get alot of that at 6 still, guess I need a counter or a way to reset it, but I tried switching back and forth a few settings. still seems few and far between jackpots.

Well to be honest with you I get more action and better game play on level 1.
I am not sure why because everyone says it shouldn't be so but it is. I hit more bonus games, see more displays and get better action. All my machines are set on level one. On New Years Eve all my machines hit multiable bonus games in a 2 hour playing time. I have had them set on 1 for about 2 weeks and have found the play greatly enhanced. Try it out what do you have to lose.

right on thanks! (got nuttin to loose thats for sure!). Ill be sure to play around more with 1 and 2. Sucks though I had the machine all set up on 6 for a New Year Party and it only hit 1 jackpot w/ the 7's and one w/ the bars. I was hopin it would hit left and right like it did when I first got it.
