Sammy Payout hopper problems : please help !!

Hello Everyone ,
We just got some new Pachilso machines : 2 x King Camel and 1 Terminator (made by Sammy and IGT as you probably know ), these machines are brandnew and never used , as soon as we turn on the power : the payout hopper spins like crazy and we cant stop them whatever we try , we turned of the power and filled the hopper with coins , turned it on again and as you quess : all the coins flew outside :-(( we tried many different settings still no luck :-(( could someone please tell me how to stop the hoppers and let it work normal ? .

chances are whoever told you they are brand new wasn't telling you the truth. But onto your problem. I dont have either of these machines but look for a switch on the power supply and flip it the other way because what i think is happening is the hopper is on to spit out all tokens. There might be a switch on this model that gives you the ability to empty out all of the tokens from the hopper. I know theres a switch like this on my sammy machines. and once again welcome

There is no switch like this on an IGT though. That's the odd part.

Was my thought also as last owener may have flipped the switch to emty before shipping , But Tulsa shot that Idea

they not like pachinkos are they and will payout till they have cort up what they owe

Dr. they will payout until they have caught up but i doubt all three would be.

Oh yes they are brandnew thats for 100% sure , I can spot the difference between a used and new one

No there is no alarm going off or something like that .
We had that with other Pachislo`s but not with these .

Even so it won`t play without coins and refuses to take a coin by the hopper because it goes faster out then I can insert

The first time it gave error HE which I heard means : empty Hopper , later it gives a HC error but i do not know what this means : Hopper Cleaning perhaps ?

if its throwing up the hoper empty alarm try landing a bout 500 tokens in the hopper and let it spew them all and see if it stops befor it emptys if not do it again without turning off to reload as like i said it may just be trying to catch up with its bank therefor 1000 tokens should cover the payout it ows no harm done if that isnt the problem but only takes 5 mins and may answer the question and at the very least tick another cause off the list

Is this the new Terminator II with carrot top on the belly? Well that's what we lovingly call that guy. Not the 2000 model termintor. That newer machine while marketed through IGT is made by Sammy and may very well have that dump switch on the power supply too.

It's just really odd that all three would be doing this at the same time. Like that switch on the power supply was in this condition permenantly. The dump switch on my Sammy is a momentary button. It won't lock into this position.

I didn't know it was possible to get these brand new. I thought they all come out of parlors. Must of been pricy.

I do not know if this is the new model but I`ll guess not ,I would love to upload a picture to show it to all of you but I didn`t succeed last time will try it again .

There are two switches on the top front of the power supply, The right one should be on, the left one should be OFF. I would bet $5 that someone turned the left one on to empty the hopper.

I've had several machines that LOOKED brand-new. But even the best showed evidence of use to the coin track.

Yes the new ones we got came for a parlor but they were stocked for a long time but never used , seems that some parlors have enough money to buy extra machines in case a King Camel or Terminator fails to work ..

No they weren`t pricey but the shipping was very expensive

The old model has Arnold on the front in the face glass and the new one has that robot on the belly glass. Also the case design is purely Sammy. So if the case is the same as your King Camel it's the newer one.

Yes the Terminator gives a alarm warning sound and is showing some Japanese text on the LCD , this is only with the Terminator Pachislo not with the King Camel ...
