Default Is Star Wars Still Pachitalk's Favourite Pachinko?

Hello everyone. Now that Star Wars has been around for a little while, I'm just wondering if it's still most people's favourite Pachinko machine. If not, which is now the "must have" machine?

In my book, I'd say yes! It's going to take a long time of playing to see all of Star Wars features. Everyone who has Star wars loves it. Rocky seems to be second in my opinion, though some will say Spiderman as well. If someone owns rocky and spiderman as well they can tell you which is better. I believe that Star Wars did live up to the hype. The only machine that I can see knock star wars off the top is Indiana Jones, and I don't think we'll be seeing that until at least next year.

    Cheers,
    James

Its difficult to judge, as most of us are only exposed to a few machines, especially here in the UK where there are only limited supplies......Importers have targeted western themes because they think they will sell better, but I am sure its not necessarily the best there is , although it is very good and has plenty of variety ...... certainly I won't be selling mine anytime soon......

Ditto. I think the Stars Wars is great, but have no frame of reference. As time goes on, they'll probably be others along to knock it off its perch. The Star Wars theme is always going to be an advantage, though.

Star Wars..........caugh.....caugh......I would have to go with Star Blazers. I however don't own either. But if I was to buy one, it would be the Star Blazers.

I own Star Wars, Thunderzone, and Spidey.
I think Spidey is the most fun, and it's not stingy.
I would have to put Thunderzone and SW about the same, it seems we have been playing the Thunderzone a little more than the SW but it seems to draw anyone who has not played these machines before.
I seems that when Star Wars is played it's more serious playing, the Thunderzone player has more of a carefree party air about them.
But hey what do I know? I like all three!

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

Thunderzone is a great machine to play, infectious music and lights, tons of lights and great sound effects. You can't go wrong with a Thunderzone. Star Wars is also a great machine as well as Star Blazers. If I had to rate them I would put SW on top but it would be close.

My must have right now is Top Gun. It's not really available and I would probably wait till it's price came down anyway but if I'm looking to pay anything remotely serious for a machine it will be that one.

Youngjedi, I see you are obviously a Star Wars nut. (As are my wife and I) Do you have a lifesize Yoda yet? I am looking into getting one for my game room. It would look awesome next to the Star Wars Pachinko!!:

Yoda I have not, Rubber Decays it will MMMMGH. Unfortunately when they made the life size yoda a few years back, they used a latex skin. Knowing that a lot of my holloween masks from when I was a wee lad have decayed due to lack of care, I decided to not get one. However, Pepsi did a promo for the last Movie and had a life size Yoda made from Fiberglass. He is posed with a saber and looks awesome. Here is a pic.

If that picture of Yoda is really lifesize the fingers in the picture must be from a giant
