This brings up an interesting thought, could a Pachi Parlor be opened here? They have Chuck E Cheese for kids where they play redemption games and cash in the tickets for prizes. Would this be legal for adults?

on the subject of "Running Bear", I heard that not too long ago a guy won 11 million on a slot at Winstar, they took him in a room told him that it was a machine error and sent him on his way. I'm sure lawsuit is pending. I stay far away from any Indian casino (no state regulations)

Depends where you live and the local laws. Some states may have a problem with it if the prizes are too good, most of the redemption games are for crappy prizes. Then you have a problem of getting the players into the parlor.

we cant at the moment over here gaming commision has a problem for would you belive the reaso "the odds arnt vareable enough" i would have thought they would have a problem if the odds were too variable

We basically do have these here: racetrack with just slots in them minus the pachinkos. I doubt these would do good here becasue a majority of the people who gamble want to win straight up cash and not prizes.

The cherrymaster places here are doing a great business, penny and nickle machines, they pay out in gifts and gift visa cards.
the last 3 times i went i spent a total of 37.00 and won 3-25.00 visa cards.
they had free pizza last nite
my buddy once won 660.00 playing 40 cent bets on a nickel machine. he got all visa cards.
they are a grey area here because of the chuckie cheese law.
