Slotusa machine shipping and conditon

Here are my pictures of my recent delivery of my Dragon Monkey from Slotusa. look at single letter pics first, then double letter ones.

Packing i would grade an "A" much improved, very heavy duty box, peanuts---3 bags on the bottom 3 bags on top and 10 bags around the sides. machine covered in plastic.

The main board was loose and hanging along with the lcd screen, but were a quick fix snapping them back on. the wood frame and front of machine were in excellent condition.

the sides are all skuffed up like a scratch and dent, the top has writing in black marker.

the balls were nice and shiny and the one real blurry picture shows the dongle. it came with generic manual and wood feet with screws.

I also got a key

I kept redialing customer service because i always got a recording, after about a dozen tries I got a connection, customer service fixed my ball payout problem in a few mins.

all in all I would say it was a good experience, machine is up and running great, well worth my 81.00 cost plus shipping

I also got the 10% paypal discount

I'll give a review after playing it for a few days.

The driver was ticked off, Slotusa said it weighted 50 pounds and fedex sent it on a small truck.

he said it was over 50 pounds and should have come on the big truck.

Is the key white metal or is it plastic ?

All the keys I get are dark Ecept for the special big ones.

the key is white metal, it looks like it was cast and cut, I hit 2 bonus rounds today

I see now why everyone loves the thunderzone case, the light show is fantastic!!!!

The LCD is 8 inches and fantastic, I hit 2 bonus rounds today, on the first one a golden dragon flew out of the clouds and on the second on a volcano erupted and a golden molten metal dragon spewed out of the volcano flew around and breathed a huge breath fo fire toward the screen.

payout was about 1,500 balls each time. THe single payout tray made reclycing the balls easier, I did that with my left hand while shooting with my right

I would recommend it to anyone

Now for the dark side...

I was bidding sport bidding on an Arby machine and in the end let it slide by. So the next day I was flipping around on ebay and noticed an Apollo 1 Taiyo machine with 12 minutes left at $51. I've read good reports on this model and so I jumped in on it. Happy to say, at $81 I picked it up. Pretty decent deal even factoring in that sick shipping of $89. So for $170 I have an Apollo machine.

I go through the normal routine to pay for something from Slotusa where you use their zoom (whatever it is) pay thing and get it taken care of. Expecting the standard two weeks shipping from them I forgot about it. I received an email notice a few days later suggesting it was going to arrive here on 4/8 (today).



Sure, it is and I'm pink and green with polka dots too.

Damned if it didn't just arrive. An unexpected ring at my doorbell and a big package was left on my porch by the Fed-Ex guy. Now remember, I like our Fed-Ex people as the boxes are always in great shape and this one was no different. Pristine would be a good adjective for the condition of this box.

My hopes are high and I'm elated they actually managed to ship quickly and arrive intact. I open the box and as Luckys pictures above show, it's filled with those pillow things. Nice enough as they are wedged in there front and back.

I remove them all and begin to hear an odd noise. There's a few balls floating around as usual but that noise...

Now how in the world did this glass get to be in this shape in a pristine box with pillows surrounding the unit and not a mark on anything? One would almost think they had to have put it in the box this way..
