    Default Valley gaming

Has anybody done business with this vender recently? I read some old posts about them, and it seems they were not too reliable. I was hoping they have improved on there standards. They have quite a few pachislo and pachinko machines on eBay at good prices. I'm a long way from CA, should I take a chance on them??

Their quality, customer support, and service is near the bottom of the vendors list.

I won't even look at their auctions. They will never get money of mine again.

    Was this a recent purchase?

You are always at the risk of receiving a scratch and dent model even though you're not necessarily bidding on one. If you need a spare part to fix something, they may just make you wait for two months then tell you they will ship the part to you when your order your next machine from them.

They are still to date the only negative I've ever left on eBay.

You know when we refer to Milt's scratch and dent section and how good the machines are, and that some other dealers would sell those machines as class A machines. Valley gaming is one of those vendors. Save your money and spend it at one of vendors that everyone likes. What's the point of saving $30.00 or $40.00 when its packed like crap, scratched and dirty and customer service sucks. Thank god you did'nt order anything from them before checking. Thats the great thing about this board, if something sucks, no punches are held back, everyone will tell you it or they suck!!

    Cheers,
    James

My Sinbad Adventure did come from them and it was an exception,

The machine looked like new and was shipped to a friend boxed on a skid, so it didn't get any shipping damage.

I sure am glad I saw this. I have almost bid on a couple of machines from them. You guys probably saved me a few more headaches. Right now I'm trying to get rid of the one from 5star. Two reset keys now and niether one works. I've got a real pretty King Camel I can't even use yet.

If you don'y have a key, you can replace the reset key switch with a regular toggle switch.

Some vendors do this on their machines.

have you tried doing a soft reset by turning the door key to the left. that may help.

or maybe you can find a friend or family member to help put the switch in.
