I've been thinking about checking out that one in Allentown. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive for me. Sounds like fun!!!

    Thanks for posting that, Mike.
It reminded me to put the date on my calendar.

I just went to the Allentown show and found it to be very enjoyable. There were well over 100 shopped pinballs set up on free play. Most of these were available for sale. The price range was from $400-$2000+, but most of the prices seemed reasonable to this novice. Since it was the last day many of the pins were discounted while I was there. It might have been a good time to buy, since I doubt that the dealers wanted to return home with them. I didn't buy one this time, but I know I'll be back. I felt like I was in more of a game room than a showroom, because I was never approched by a vendor.

As far as any pachi sightings, there was a vintage pachinko in sorry shape ($50) and a few 25 year old Universal regular slot machines at $400 each.

It was clearly an event for pinballs.
