I had placed an order online for 6 volume controls from (www.autoslot.info/pachitalk.) For some reason or other the quantity on the form registered 1 not 6. I received an email from A very Gracious fellow his name is Vince and I quote "I mailed you 2 volume controls earlier this week. I felt guilty taking $6 for just one!" $6 dollars was the total cost of the one volume controler and the shipping. So he sent me 2 without charging for the second!!!! I replied to his email explaining that I had tried to order 6 but it wouldnt go through only 1 would register. When he read that he followed up with and I quote "I'll send you 4 more, you don't need to place an order."
What can I possibly say about this kind of dealer? With people like him around makes you think that all humans dont suck after all!!!!! I have to recommend to all members that are interested in purchasing volume controls, to go to (www.autoslot.info/pachitalk) We should support all those that support us. For all the noobies out there the volume controls from Vince work very well so they are a very good product for Pachislo volume control.

Yes, Vince is a real decent guy to deal with and he's got a quality product in his auto-stop / auto-credit boards. Whenever he's got a new ebay coupon, he always get on the site to post it for everyone to use.

I too have had fantastic above and beyond support and even personal customization around my autoslot purchase from Vince and he does deserve kudos (I tested the credit and autoplay functions and made some suggestions which Vince integrated as best he could, and in turn he was very helpful troubleshooting my installation).

The Autoslot with credit add and autoplay functions works terrific, though I admit, in the process of trying to please my guests with the features and testing, I have found that I personally prefer my machines to function in original manual mode.

I would just like to add my tuppence ( or 2 cents if your in the ole US of A ) , about how great a guy Vince is. After scouring around trying to find some volume controllers over here in England ( which i have since been pointed in the right direction by another great guy - BigSasquatch - Thank you Big S ), i came across this thread and e-mailed Vince about getting some sent over.

Not only did he reply straight away but said he would send me two free of charge!!!!!. Top notch guy and many thanks to him and everyone else on here - a great community. Finally the ear muffs can come off when the Sinbad is on !!!!!
