    Default DIRTY BUTTONS? No Problem!

Have you ever wondered why your max bet button and you stop buttons have dirty shadows on them when they are lit? Well here is a step by step way to clean them and make them look as good as new.

If you have dirty buttons on your Yamasa King Pulsar or Neo Pharoah Zetz (Note this works on alot of Yamasa Models) I mention these two in particular since I have done them. OK first the Max Bet button. Open the door and unclip the wire that goes to the max bet button. If you look under the button you will note that it has a collar around it. This is a screw type collar turn it counter clockwise until it comes off. Note there is also a rubber washer there too. Once you remove the rubber washer you can remove the entire switch. Unclip the circuit board (this board has an LED on it to light up your Max Bet Switch) This is a good time to wipe off the LED. Next use a small knife to push in one of the white plastic tabs while doing the other with you finger nail. (This will release the clear button and its white bottom part). Becareful as there is a large spring in there as well. Now separate the top clear from the white part with a pointy knife and your finger nail. The max bet plastic label will come out and now you can wash all the parts. If its really dirty use spray Nine to clean it. If not soap and water will do.

Now for the Stop buttons. Unclip the wire from the circuit board (behind the front glass). Next locate the unit from the rear there are two philips screws there holding it in place. Remove these and you can remove the entire unit. Next you use your nails to take off the clear plastic piece (there are 3 clips that have to be pushed down). Next you do the same as you would as I told you with the max bet button, only difference is the red buttons have a very thin white piece of plastic in it clean all parts and your machine will look great. If you buttons are scratched use Novus stage 2 to buff them out. Hope this helps everyone out.

    Tony
