Neo Planet Help!!!!

Okay first machine just arrived and it is the Neo Planet. Loud reels, but everyone states that. I can live with that. The big problem I'm having is the reset for payout levels. I turn the machine off set the switch and push the button for the skill set. I turn the key back to play mode and it will not go back to play. I turn the machine off ect...ect... and after about half hour it finally goes to play mode. What am I doing wrong? Is the reset key switch bad? Also any one have any ideas why I can't play one coin only. Is this a lemon? Anyone know about the menus and what they are for?

The machine can only play MAX bet as is the case with most Pachislos. Are you sure that you are following the right prceedure?
1 Turn machine off
2 Insert reset key and turn to off
3 Turn machine on
4 Depress level button untill desired level is reached
5 Hold down spinarm about 5 seconds
6 Return key to on position and remove.
If it still doesnt work check that the key switch contacts are clean and that you have the key completely to the right or on. maybe the switch is worn.
AS for any other trouble shooting info maybe the others could help

Sounds like you forgot to hold down the spin knob before you switched the key back.

Eddie is right, this machine is max bet only.

As far as your menus, go to bigbears site

Click on support and find your machine
click on record reviewer, and it will translate all the menues.

Now I feel stupid. The instructions that came with it said to turn the key back and then hit the knob. Okay so I have learnt something new. But what I hate is I have been playing it for a few hours and all I can get is the replay. I go to work and 10 minutes later my wife hits the Big bonus. Cleaned me out she did. Said she would do it again. Any ideas on how to remove wife from machine? After all it is mine.

ahhh thats the excuse leave wife with machine go buy yourself another pachislo or even come over to the dark side get a pachinko at least you cant get ear ache if you tell her she can have that one

I agree completely. My wife thought I'd lost my mind until Betty Boop arrived. Now that's her machine. I play it now and again when she's not looking though.

I had to buy my mother-in-law her own King of King Pulsar just so she would'nt come over the house as much.

Thats the thing I learned. Wife was always grumbling about my pachi addiction. then street cats found its way to a new, loving home and she loves it. Hmmmmm, wander if she likes it enough to let me get about 5 more.....
