You probably have a ball jam in the counter. Look down the side where the balls are fed and look for a plastic box, probably clear, that has a cog in it. Open this and check to make sure the cog is seated properly.

no definatly not ball jam there are five of these hinge type things tree down one side two down the other witch due to the city link monkey that delivers to me have all jumped out of there holes putting the hole payout track out of line but i cant find what releases the plastic cover to be able to lift the hole thing back on its hinges

Maybe an over all shot, some tighter shots and either that's out of focus or it's time for an eye exam.

With the hopper full of balls, pull the ball release. The balls should flow all the way through to the bottom.

That is a cover to the computer and swings out to your left hand. that is the top hing point.
six screws to remove to open it up and at perpendicular you can reconnect the top hinge pin. this cover has nothing to do with your ball track it is on the left side.

I will post some info later after I get some pictures done.

    Yes, palour ready.

note Arby's sturdy bottom stand and heavy duty transformer.

yep the recerculating look almost the same they still have ball track and payout mech but deep in the workings the ball track is altered so as to spew used balls to the shooter tray and not payout balls so the hopper at the top never has to be filled
oh and the hopper empty censer is bypassed

may i add that is a very clean and fine example
but hey what else would you expect from arby
