    Default SlotUSA Wrong Version Pachinko

I recently purchased a Pachinko from SlotUSA on eBay and they sent me a totally different version then the one pictured on their auction. Awaiting a satisfactory response from them. Has anyone had this problem before with them or another vendor? Any suggestions? Will keep y'all posted on the outcome.
    Thanks, Gaijin

What did you purchase and what did they send?

They sent me the wrong machine once. I wound up keeping it for 1,000 more tokens free.

If I'm remembering right, I think it was SlotUSA that was sending out Aqua Paradise machines to people that had won Aqua Nine, I also seem to remember someone getting an orange Gachinko when they had won a yellow one.

Angry Re: SlotUSA Wrong Version Pachinko

I won an eBay auction for a Rose of Versailles Pachinko and instead of the one pictured with fancy (prissy) French Renaissance women on it, the one I received was a different variation/version with a black backround and calligraphy but no images of Marie Antoinette (or someone like that). This was okay with me, but it was my wife who wanted this one (just trying to string her along so I can get more if she gets some she likes too and gets into my new hobby. So first they offered me 500 balls on my next purchase, I said no thanks. So they said: send it back and we will send the correct one, but I am asking for return shipping since it is their error. I have yet to hear back about the pre-paid shipping label. I also told them I would be agreeable to free shipping on a future Pachinko instead of the return, but they said no to that. I will let y'all know what finally happens.

    PS
This was also they first machine I bought from SLOTUSA and also the first machine that arrived with broken glass (which suprisingly to me they did promptly send replacement glass), it was when I took it out of the box to fix the double glass that I noticed it was a different version.

PPS & Way off topic: For those of you familiar with our pal: Jano, the word on the web is that the Spin Lucks & Star Wars are almost at hand!

you should have told then to put a call tag on it, then it would be returned at no charge to you. they did that with my non working pachinko and they sent me a working one for no extra charge.

Yes, make the send a call tag. This is on their nickel.

500 balls on your next purchase? That's insane! We screwed up so when you send us more money we'll toss in a little kicker!

If Slots is going to respond like this to future buyers, I say, shop elsewhere.

I won an Ebay auction for an Apollo 1 (13) from slotusa. They sent me a Giant 7 instead. A phone call or 2 later and a call tag was issued. They swapped the machines and closed the deal with an extra 500 balls.

They will make it right for you one way or another. Hold out for 1000 or 2000 balls or tell them just to pick it up and refund your total cost.

I bought a Popeye pachinko from slotusa that was to be a 2nd version but they sent me the 1st version. I made purchase on their online store and used the correct item number when ordering, the box even was identified as such. but I let it go after seeing a post here that showed Popeye as coming in full spec, halve spec, and something else. not knowing for sure what that all means I just figured I was better off keeping it.

I'm glad to see that the good service and accuracy we saw over the past six months or so was only a fluke.
It's good to know that we can always count on Slots USA to screw up a purchase, and provide our members with free balls. And for those of you who are happy with the free balls and are ok with the slipshod service, make sure you hold out for at least 1,000 balls AND refunded shipping. You'll get it, just ask.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

They sent me the filthiest machine in known history. 6 year old boys couldn't get this dirty with free tickets to a mud puddle. Not to mention they didn't seat the reels and of course it wouldn't work.

I called them and complained about it noting the little yellow sticker on the back which is supposed to signify the tech (cough, gasp) who worked on it. Not only did I get the 1000 token deal but got my shipping refunded.

The economics is quite simple with slotusa. They're machines don't go for as much and this one went for $68. The shipping was actually more. So they could pay to ship it to me, pay to ship it back to them and refund all my money and they'd have a $68 machine that cost them over twice that just for the pleasure of sending it to my house. Or they could do what they finally decided to do. I had to lay it out for them so they could see the light but in the end the light shined through for them.

I agree. They have done this now for me two times ( 2000 balls each time and refunded the shipping charges each time).

This actually worked well for me. I won a red sea story from SlotUSA -the next day I saw they had a blue sea story on Ebay and wished I had waited. When my machine arrived it was blue and this made me very happy so I didn't say a word.

We should call this thread "SlotUSA" orders that they've gotten right.

It would have been a lot shorter thread!!

One thing they screw up with is using stock images instead of the actual machine. My Batman pachinko came with a HUGE scratch that didn't occur during shipping and wasn't in the pic (it was so big it would have shown up). The ended up shipping me a new part to replace the scratched on with, but it would have been nice to have the pic of the actual machine since these AREN'T brand new.

Wow this thread has really opened my eyes to Slotusa.

I either want to buy from them to get everything wrong and get free stuff or avoid them alltogether. THANK YOU!

My Bob Wow pachinko was shipped slow but arrived in Ok shapeexcept the bottom plastic is scuffed, and not from shipping. I wonder if I cold get them to send a replacement and some balls for the effort? I can't see any scuffs in the photo.
