My Magic Lamp was from SlotUSA. It arrived ok, but without the stand I added to the order. There was no indication of backorder or separate shipment, or anything like that. I gave them a call after about two weeks and was informed that they had asked the manufacturer to send me a tracking number (which I never received), and that I should see it any day. We'll be hitting the one-month mark soon, and I plan to celebrate with another phone call. E-mail has proven less than effective.

Sorry this is a bit off-topic. I just gotta tell somebody so I don't feel helpless and utterly cha-krewed...
