They do have a Mario pachinko machine of sorts. It's token based, get the token into the holes to give mario a jump. Then press the jump button to make him jump and hit blocks on screen. Sometimes you get a key or coins or a door potion. It had an end boss feature too. I actually managed to beat this one.
