I received one of those eBay coupons also. Ebay sends those to certain users that have sold items, which inturn amasses fees for ebay to collect from the seller. Once you reach a certain amount in fees that you owe eBay, and your account is in good standing, eBay will throw the seller a bone. This coupon is intended for Paypal purchases only. It is only valid for the user ID of the seller, and his/hers email address associated with it.
Even though all the coupon codes are the same. I used mine the other day and it worked fine in Paypal.

I received one of these coupons as well and I have not sold anything on ebay...yet. I have, however, purchased quite a bit. Check your messages on "my ebay" that's where I found it - no other notification.

Worked for me but I wish I used it on a larger purchase. I got some message on the PayPal sign in page I didn't quite catch but I was able to enter the code on the final payment screen.

Thanks lucky it worked for me. I tried to use it on a second item and it said only once per user. So make you use on your most expensive purchase.

I spent over $2500 on ebay in the last 2 months, and I get no coupons. (Wow, that's sobering!) How much do you guys spend on ebay? Is it only sellers that get coupons?

Maybe they're jus afraid I'd actually use them if they sent them to me
