Stealth delivery exception

i'm a bit lost on this one . can someone fill me in?
i ordered a speed racer and payed with pay-pal . it was shipped on the 8th with a delivery date of the 13 th. now i get a notice that it is on hold at the local warehouse till the 16 th. on the phone i was told that the seller (Stealth) requested this . the fed -x web site listed ( delevery exception) . this is the 3rd machine i have got from them.
the other 2 were great and waiting 2 more days won't kill me . just thought i'd ask y'all.

May be a payment problem from pay pal to him , Only speculating
Milt is good folk so dont worry about himn , Thers no more honest dealer than him, call him or email he will give you a stright answer

i know it will get here. this is #3 from this seller. i was thinking it may be a way to get a lower ship rate. off peak? i ship a good bit myself & am allways looking for a way to save.

It dont work that way , stoping a shippment cost the sender most times and is a pain to do for any reason , As I ship a lot and have had to even rerouet things sometimes

check your paypal account and you can check the payment out.

It would say completed or pending.

i checked pay-pal ,. all i see is a payment with a $15 refund on shipping. i still have money so every body got paid.
i do want to say again ,that i'm not putting down on anyone. shipping is a pain out in the woods. often i just give up and drive 30 miles to the shipping dock. the last time i had a note saying i had to sign for my package. when i got to the UPS place . i was told that the driver had left it under a tree at the end of my drive. my drive is about a 1/2 mile long.

Since the Hurricane, It appears FedEx Ground holds some of the packages until they get enough to go to a certain area and then they deliver. This package was going to that part of the country and I believe that is what happened here....
