Yup, that's all there is, well on my machine too. The volume contol works real good with just one speaker, no volume mods needed

I find it strange that such a modern hi-tech machine would only be mono.

Really. But as Arby said, it's a big speaker, and 2unes said the volume control is very good, so it's probably a decent setup. When one of the speakers blew on Fire Drift it became more obvious that most of the sound was coming from the one bottom speaker anyway. Very dynamic. I've never heard Robocop, but it's so popular it would seem that it's not been a major issue for most folks. It may be that you expected stereo and were a little surprised/disappointed that there was/is only one speaker.Originally Posted by rebonz

They're trying to sell you something and unfortunatly often do not have a clue about what they're selling. It's all about numbers. If they sell 100 of them and 1% comes back because of misrepresentation, they've still made a lot of money.

At the back of the machine near the top there are what look like two sets of speaker connectors with push in buttons that allow you to grip some of wire and underneath they have plug in connectors with pins, both have Jananese writing by them that is identical. Does any one know what they are for?

can we have a picture please as there are alot of conectors near the top of diferent machines iv got a feeling they are battle counter conections but can be more sure with a pic
