You are gonna love this game! This happens to be my favorite slot to play. Lots of surprises, great monster fights, awesome sound, and it's fun to watch Gamera get mad when you don't shoot the right combo at times. I have Popeye too which is touted as a 20" screen but the Gamera actually uses the entire screen where Popeye uses only the top portion (the bottom is really just game stats in video format).

Did you install volume controls? Our Popeye (also made by Sammy, like Gamera Hi Grade) was painfully loud. It's much better now that we installed the Syscoms.

The ones you're looking for are the ones that cost $15 for 5 controllers. They do need to be soldered, but there are threads here going over the instructions in great detail. At least 2 members here have installed them into Popeye machines, which basically use the same setup.

got mine 2day and its in super condition pretty much new looking, well happy , its mega loud tho haha so ive disconnected one of the speakers so its half the power hehe but still could do with a volume controller as the switchs dont seem to make no difference when changed lol

the only thing is i cant seem to get it out of credit mode even tho ive tried what the manual says >> ANY IDEAS ??
