trying to reset ,, the door closed with the key to open inside it now i cant open it is ther a release button, how can i open it , (( call a locksmith )) hope not, thank you please help...

There is usually a hole at the side and bottom of the cabinet. Try to reach the latch that holds the door. You might have to turn the machine upside down. Sometimes the lock will turn just with screwdriver if the lock pins are removed.

ok, i tried it,found the hole on the bottom and yes i found the key where it feel , i retrived it everthing else went well, thank you soo much for your help , noe i am putting the key on a long chain , so it doesn't happen again..thanks again

Yes , Yes post a pic of the lock you have.
There are two screw which hold the lock and plate in place. Once removed the lock should just slid out. Do you have a drill?that and some steel puddy to repack the drilled holes is really all you need. Follow the link Mopar supplied to get a idea of what it looks like. I'll guide you through |
