Default HELP! Getting cabinet to hold lots of balls...

Hey ya'all,
I got a cabinet from slot-pachinko.com. It's beautifully built and made of great materials, but if you put too many balls in, it overflows and the balls fall down the back of the machine.

The cabinet can be seen here.

slot-pachinko.com

So...does anyone know how I can get it to hold a couple thousand balls? Right now, it can only hold what the plastic tray in the back of the machine can hold. I know a lot of people make cabinets that hold thousands of balls.

Thanks in advance.

extend the sides of the upper hopper as high as u can

u have seen members use something as simple as cardboard

redrilling the hole in a most forward spot may solve your proplem as well??

I use a rectangular plastic tub/box, cut to fit under the cabinet, on top of the hopper.

It keeps the balls in the hopper, and allows you to fill it to the top of the cabinet hopper

I'll post you some pics tomorrow.

So is there no tube from the Cabinet hopper down to the pachi's hopper??

I even used a cardboard tp tube once just to see if it would work!!

We just added a new room to the house, a great excuse for buying a modern pachinko. When we finish putting the furniture in I will be able to hang my new slot-pachinko cabinet.

I was thinking along the same lines on sphere management. Now that the machine top part is solved I just have to figure out how high to extend the top of the cabinet to handle 50,000 spheres.

I can run a hose through the wall into the garage feeding a converted beer keg to catch the spent spheres. Another keg feeding spheres into the top means I just have to swap kegs about once a week???

Thanks for showing me how...

Here's a 7000 Sphere purchase I made in 2008. I think I payed .035 cents per Sphere including shipping. 1000 Sphere's weigh about 12 Pounds.

The next photo is the Holy Grail if you could find a Stash like that!

Here's my quick 2 dollar method of over loading the hopper tray. I bought two plastic boxes from a Dollar store for only 1 dollar each.
For the hopper tray I used a plastic box that was larger then what I needed so I just cut it down to size. I cut it into to pieces and tape it together in the middle to get the exact size. Then I simply cut a hole in the bottom of the other box and placed it on top where the hole can pour more balls into the tray. And that's it, now I'm holding 3,000 balls. (Just a quick fix until I build a cabinet)
