BALL SHOOTER DOESN'T WORK on my Pachinko
I got my CR Series Pachinko machine today, the reels turn when you switch it on and lights go on, but, it won't feed any balls, the booklet says there is an adjustment on the back but i don't see one. On the one board there is a number 5 lite up.
I called them and naturally got their answering machine.
If they don't call today.
Answer
On most CR Series Pachinko machines there is a RS232 Computer Key(grey looking plug in module approx 1 1/2 inch by 2 inch long with what looks like printer or rs232 plug) on the back down by the bottom right (when you are facing the back of the machine) side is disconnected - the shooter (turn handle) disengages. Reseat this Plug, or look over the machine to find it, look in box too.

You hit the nail on the head, the plug was off and stuck in another part of the machine, I didn't notice it wasn't connected to anything before, I found out where it goes and it is shooting balls now.
What the plug can look like.
This part is commonly called a dongle.
