Plug this into any card reader enabled pachinko machine, and you can get the authentic parlour experience in your own home.
The perfect companion to a pachinko equipped with a ball lifter, or one installed in a cabinet with a large ball reservoir. This dongle makes use of the two 'parlour' buttons on the front of your pachinko, and allows you to dispense balls directly into your shooter tray, as and when you need them.
5 Operation modes.
Emulation Disabledok doesn't really count as a mode, but it will emulate your old dongle !
Free Play will dispense 25 balls for each press of the Ball Loan button. Counter ModeSame as 'Free Play', mode with the resettable 3 digit counter display showing how many balls have been dispensed. (1 count for every 25 balls or 1 count for every 100 balls) Card Unit Emulator ModeThe Card Return button inserts a virtual parlour pre-paid card, and it's value is shown on the 3 digit credit display. Each press of the 'Ball Loan' button dispenses 25 balls and decreases the credit remaining on the virtual card. When the card is empty, you won't be able to dispense any more balls until a new virtual card is inserted. Cash Unit Emulator ModeThe Card Return button increments the credit display by a pre-set value (simulating a coin drop in a cash unit equipped pachinko machine), and like the card unit emulator mode, you can only dispense balls while credit remains on the display.
There is also a 6th operating mode, that requires the optional smartcard reader. This allows the card reader emulator to store the credit balance on a removable smartcard for the true parlour experience. The smartcard option will plug straight into your existing dongle, with no upgrades necessary and is available now, see my other auctions for details.
The dongle's expansion connector is usually used to connect to the optional smartcard reader, but can also be used to connect to an external switch. This switch duplicates the function of the card return button. With
the card return button on the front of the pachinko disabled, the
external switch can be used to control the amount of credit on the
machine. The switch input can also be connected to a coin/token acceptor for arcade operation.
The interactive set-up mode allows the operating mode of the dongle to be easily changed by the user, along with the pre-set credit value (which can be set to any value from 1-999), and also allows the brightness setting of the credit display to be changed to your preferred level.
Before
ordering, please make sure that your pachinko machine is capable of card
reader operation. The dongle needs the 25 pin 'D' card unit interface
connector to be present on the machine. Please also check that the
card reader emulator dongle can be plugged into this socket, and will
not be obstructed by the side of the cabinet or the mains transformer.
The dongle is 55mm long (approx 2 1/8"), if there is not enough
clearance for the dongle, a short extension lead can be provided for
£2.50 to allow the dongle to be positioned somewhere more convenient.

However we cannot guarantee that it will operate correctly with every machine. Machines are retired from parlours for many reasons, and some may have been removed due to a fault with the card unit interface. If the unit does not work with your machine, them please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in getting it working.

Shipping
